Is the free plan really free forever?: Yes. The SOS button, automatic alarm, witness recording, and one trusted contact are free with no time limit and no credit card required.
What makes Ambassador special?: It's a one-time payment — you pay once and use Reddr forever with all features. Only the first 10,000 members can buy it, so the price won't come back once the cap is hit.
Can I switch between plans?: Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Annual or Ambassador at any time. Annual can be cancelled before it renews. Ambassador is a one-time purchase — no cancellation needed.
Does Reddr replace calling 112 or 911?: No — and we're clear about that. Always call emergency services first if your life is in danger. Reddr works alongside them to alert your trusted people at the same time.
What payment methods are accepted?: All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via the app stores.
